1: 365 days of being 26

Had an awesome birthday. Got spoiled rotten & felt extremely loved aalllll day!

Had some bad news as well but I know things will be ok.

My brother bought a yummy vanilla sponge with strawberry jam filling for breakfast! :D

365 days

So far this goal isn't going very well. I'm terrible at remembering to take photos! I'm hoping I'll get better as the year goes on. I might officially start from today seeing as how I only have about 5 photos so far... Ok I will - I'm officially starting my 365 photos as of today!

Photographic Goals for 2010

I was inspired by this article to create a list of photographic goals for 2010. I'm going to put them here so that I can be kept accountable and hopefully have some help to stick to them along the way!

1. Make 1 photobook of my photos per month (photos have to have been taken in that month.)
2. Take 12 photos of something (eg smiles, flowers etc) to make a 2011 calendar with.
3. Make monthly desktop calendars from my photos to email to family, friends, prospective & past clients.
4. Take 1 photo of something per day.
5. Have at least 1 portraiture photoshoot per month. (Not including May when I'll be in Europe!)
6. Enter at least 5 competitions.
7. Have an exhibition. (hehe!)
8. Come up with some creative way to advertise myself.
9. Shoot at least 2 weddings.
10. And finally, take more photos of loved ones - whether they like it or not!

I also have these written in my diary so I can refer back to them regularly. I'll keep you posted on if I stick to them or not! So far I'm failing miserably on #4!

Where I've been...

Sorry I haven't written for so long! I've had so much going on & haven't really been in a writing mood. I've taken about a billion photos since my last post so I'll put some of them up...

So that's what I've been up to for work & school... I'm thinking next year is going to be insane!
